"Luxite" is a Technology driven Precision Bearings and Components Manufacturing Plant, a part of half a century old DELUX group which has earned a reputation as 'Value for Money Auto Components' in India. "Luxite" was formed in 1996 to promote Export business. The Chairman had forseen potential and steered the group in pursuit of this aspect of the business. He formed a team to develop "Luxite" as a hub for Bearings and Auto Components for the Western countries like USA and Europe. The mission was to satisfy the demanding customers facing difficulty to get parts from OEs due to low volume or high cost. "Luxite" took the challenge and developed many Products using Innovative methods to achieve the objective of offering 'Value for Money' Products of good quality, on a consistent basis. Today, "Luxite" has over 300 different Products which satisfy Customers. It enjoys an 'Export House Status' endorsed by the Indian Government. In addition to supplying to many discerning foreign Buyers, "Luxite" also caters to selected Indian OEs like Munjal Showa, ZF Steering, Piaggio. "Luxite" has earned a status of Self Certified Vendors for most of the Customers. "Luxite" also offers a versatile range of Bearings for the Textile machines and Exports to many countries despite of tough competition in the market.

MANUFACTURING SET-UP (Works Setup)

"Luxite" Plant is located at  Surendranagar. (100 kms. From Ahmedabad airport) The local population is full of people toughened by the adverse conditions resulting from rain-starved terrain. But these people are gifted with high skills and artisanship for ingeniously designed mechanism and equipment to produce high Precision Components at a low cost. "Luxite" is harnessing the high skills of the region to the need of Western countries for quality Bearings and Automotive parts at a competitive cost. In the process, "Luxite" has put in a place a Well-Equipped Design and Development facility and a well organised Grinding and Super Finishing Machine Shop alongwith a modern Assembly Unit. "Luxite" has also Well-Equipped Inspection and Testing facility and Laboratory complemented by ISO/TS 16949 Certified Quality System.

QUALITY ASSURANCE  ( ISO Certification)

To give uncompromised quality, "Luxite" adopted the best practices in the manufacturing and had ISO 9000 Certification from the early days. Today "Luxite" has Quality System Certified to ISO/TS 16949 Standards. Not limiting the quality drive internally, "Luxite" has persuaded and helped over 12 Key Ancillary Units to comply with ISO 9000 Quality Standards.
